Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

It sounds like you are on the right track with the treatments you have had. The treatments you mentioned are appropriate for your age. I would not go for anything too aggressive at this stage. The RF micro needling like the Morpheus8 is a great treatment if you do it consistently. However, many people find the treatment very painful and don't like the down time. SylfirmX is a better option for RF micro needling because it is much less painful and there is no down time and the results are better because the needles are designed differently and the energy is more precise. Combining fractional laser or RF micro needling with PRP or exosomes is a great combination because the tiny channels created by the laser or needles will allow the regenerative products to penetrate the skin and amplify the collagen stimulation.

Thank you for your question. With the treatments above, consistency is key with regular maintenance. However, a nice adjunct may be Radiesse.
