Lack of fat in glutes causing folding when sat down - how can I fix this? (Photos)

saff_07
I have an issue with my glutes causing indentations and folds when I’m seated which becomes uncomfortable. I went for a consultation and was told it isn’t cellulite like I thought. I was told it’s a lack of fat in the Lower part of my glutes. The consultant advised filler but I want to know what else I can consider and what it actually is causing the problem. I don’t have any trauma and haven’t had any work done. I regularly workout and focus on my glutes, but this hasn’t made a difference.
