Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.Although you will likely get a lot of replies suggesting subcision release and fat grafting, I have found this to work quite poorly. As long as the patient is willing to have a more full perky buttock, in my experience, the only predictable long-term results option is to place buttock implants. Please note that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock or hip implants, so you may need to travel far and away from home to find this particular surgeon. Getting it done right the first time around is not only the best chance for success, but also will save you from a lot of headaches and money in the future. Glad to help.
Thank you for your question and photos. I use the GoldIncision method to permanently remove the cellulite or dimples. I'm the only licensed surgeon in the US for this technique. The procedure involves injection of biostimulators and detachment of the fibrous attachments. This is done awake under local anesthesia only. See attached photo.
Release of deep adhesions between the skin and deep muscle fascia followed with injection of fat grafts or fillers may be worth of trying. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.
Hello,I would recommend a consultation with a plastic surgeon who provides Aveli (subcision). In my experience, the procedure is a simple outpatient procedure under local anesthesia to release the dimple and has worked very well with little to no downtime and good improvement, usually complete resolution of the dimples. A physical exam would further tell your surgeon if you need concurrent fat transfer to the area. If you did, I doubt it would be a small amount. Only 60-80% of fat will take. Alternatively to the fat transfer, you could use Sculptra which promotes the body's own collagen formation over time. This has also had good outcomes in this instance. Any option you choose, I would recommend a plastic surgeon over med spas or midlevel providers without surgical guidance as even the most 'simple' procedures can be dangerous in the wrong hands.

Thank you for the question and pics. Congratulations on your weight loss! Rotation flaps to your buttocks are a reasonable thing to do. It can provide a little more projection to your buttocks, but doesn't really do anything for the lateral butt or Hip dip area. The only negative things...
