I don't think that you look old but there is a little that you can do to look more refreshed and maybe a little younger. I would put some fillers, probably Sculptra, in your temple area. Would put an HA filler or Radiesse in mid face . I would also encourage you to wear sunscreen and use the right skincare for a very smooth even complexion but would not encourage you to have laser resurfacing.
