Eye asymmetry - How can I fix my eye so it matches the eye that doesn’t have the raised eyebrow? (Photos)

My right brow is arched upwards and looks like it’s pulling up my right eye. Why is this? Is it eye ptosis and the eyebrow is overcompensating? Or is it just natural brow asymmetry? How does an ocular plastic surgeon test the difference during consultation? And how long would surgery for it take? I like how the left eye (the lower eyebrow eye) looks and wouldn’t want that touched — just the arched eyebrow (right eye) to match that eye, would you only treat the more open eye or how would you treat this? I’m trying to find an ocular plastic surgeon that has before and afters of young patients with similar raised eyebrow asymmetry as mine where you can see the eyebrow relax and lower in the after photo, but I’m having trouble finding this. I’d feel much more comfortable in choosing a doctor that can show similar cases they’ve fixed. I’d love to fix this and it would really up my confidence! Sometimes it’s less noticeable when I take a mirrored selfie (where text/logos appear backwards on shirts) so I end up preferring selfies to be mirrored and then if there is text in the photo I’ll literally take it to my computer and photoshop / flip all the text so it’s unmirrored and readable. Thank you
