I would like to. get a more lifted face, i already had nose job, chin implant and eyebrow lift in the corner of my eyebrow(not forehead) what procedures do i need for a more chiseled faced

From the photos, you already have balanced, feminine features with good cheek support, a defined nose and chin, and no obvious skin laxity that would make a facelift the first choice. For a young face, trying to create a very sharp or “model-like” contour with surgery can easily go too far and make the face look hollow, older, or less natural over time.

If you want more definition, the safest plan is usually a detailed in-person assessment of your facial proportions, bite/jaw position, skin quality, and soft-tissue thickness. Depending on what is actually present, options might include very conservative cheek or jawline filler, small refinements to the chin/jawline balance, skin tightening, or treatment of the submental area if there is fullness under the chin. I would be very cautious with buccal fat removal in someone who already has a slim face, because it can age the midface later.

Bring these photos and a few goal images to a board-certified facial plastic or plastic surgeon and ask what, if anything, would improve the cheekbone-to-jawline transition without changing your overall identity. In many patients like this, restraint and small adjustments give a better result than a major lifting procedure.

All I would recommend is the use of some fillers in the hollows beneath the eyes and a little bit of fillers to lift the cheeks. You honestly already look super gorgeous. I bet a ton of people out there would use your photos as the face they are going for. I don't think you necessarily need to have anything else done. If you are looking for more chisel, I think that would end up running the risk of aging you sooner.
