I would like to. get a more lifted face, i already had nose job, chin implant and eyebrow lift in the corner of my eyebrow(not forehead) what procedures do i need for a more chiseled faced

All I would recommend is the use of some fillers in the hollows beneath the eyes and a little bit of fillers to lift the cheeks. You honestly already look super gorgeous. I bet a ton of people out there would use your photos as the face they are going for. I don't think you necessarily need to have anything else done. If you are looking for more chisel, I think that would end up running the risk of aging you sooner.
