About 8 months ago I hit my nose and eventually I realised that I had developed a hard callus on the side of my nasal bridge. It still hasn’t gone away and feels rock hard. I want to get rasping surgery done, but I’m worried another callus will form. Considering my callus is actually quite small ... how likely am I to get another callus..? I was also wondering if steroid injections were an option for me, and if I should wait a full 12 months in case it goes away by itself. Thank you
