I haven't had nose surgery, but due to rosacea/flushing on my nose, I have had swelling/edema of the nose for 4-5 months. Now, when the swelling subsides a bit, my nose looks bigger / more droopy at the tip. Is it possible that a few months of nose swelling can: a) cause fibrosis in my nose which makes it permanently bigger b) make my nose permanently more droopy from the swelling pulling it down Or is it unlikely that the swelling has caused permanent changes?
