I have an asymmetrical long nose with drooping tip. I think that alot of the asymmetry comes from the nose tip. Would a nose tip reshaping and/or elevation solve this? I am open to suggestions. Thankyou

This is not likely to be swelling or scarring in the supratip that develops this late. It's more likely that your tip has lost projection and is now below the bridge line. This creates the convexity you are seeing. Kenalog won't help this problem. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon and see...

I personally would recommend the nose first for one reason. When doing a rhinoplasty a breathing tube is placed and could possibly, although unlikely , break your veneers. It’s unlikely but it would be nice to avoid this possibility.
