Would nose tip reshaping or elevation help my asymmetrical long droopy nose tip?

Hello and thanks for your question. Based on your photos you need rhinoplasty. You have a nasal hump, long and wide nose and bulbous nose tip. You have also nasal deviation. Deviation can be fixed. Wideness of your nose can be decreased with ultrasonic rhinoplasty( ultrasonic device is used to reshape the bone without breaking the bone). Nose hump can be also removed with ultrasonic rhinoplasty. Length of your nose can be decreased  and the tip part of your nose can be reshaped to get more defined nose tip. This combination will give a good result for your case.
