Does bifid nasal tip get worse with age?

I am worried that having a slight bifid nasal tip will get worse with age. Is this true? Or does it pretty much stay the same? Right now it is tolerable.

I personally would recommend the nose first for one reason. When doing a rhinoplasty a breathing tube is placed and could possibly, although unlikely , break your veneers. It’s unlikely but it would be nice to avoid this possibility.
