I think I would benefit from such a combined surgery . I'm 24 so I have minimal eyelid sagging. What would be the typical price range for this procedure in the UK?

You are still a great candidate for a thoughtful lower lid blepharoplasty. You will need an in person exam to determine the appropriate surgical approach. Best to see an eyelid expert.

The biggest challenge to accomplishing this is what is left in your eyelid. It is impossible to know this until the time of reconstruction...
