I previously had a lefort 1 to correct an underbite but feel that my cheeks are still quite flat anteriorly and that my under eye area is very hollow for someone my age (22 years). I also think I have a lot of heaviness around my lower face and was wondering if cheek implants could help lift this area some.

Answer: Cheek implants Yes, your 'underbite' was due to an upper jaw underdevelopment. The 'upper jaw' extends to the rim of the eye and to the cheekbone line. So a properly contoured/adjusted implant will be a positive change for you and provide balance to the lower face and accentuate the eyes as well.
