I am in my mid to late twenties and always had a lot of excess skin on my face. I had a facelift last year, but I still have a lot of skin on my cheekbones. When I smile, my face looks weird and disproportionate. My eyes close and leave a weird fold and my cheeks are big (only when I smile) and the shape isn't circular but there's like a strange shape to it. It makes me not want to smile. I don't know what To do... I feel doomed.
