Will Removal of Submalar Implants result in cheek sagging, or will it go back to my pre op face?

Question

So i had large submalar cheek implants put into my face and they made my face way tok wide and rounded cheeks. Im going to get them removed. Ive had them in for 7 months. I have concerns about the scar tissue capsule and sagging. When I get them removed, will the scar tissue capsule still make it look like I have the extra fullness in my face? Id like to return to preop position if possible. What can I tell the doctor to do the ensure the best recovery?

In some cases, the cheeks may return to their pre-op appearance after removal of the implants, while in others, some degree of sagging may persist. 
There are certain techniques and pre-operative tests that can be utilized to determine if cheek implants will be aesthetically pleasing for you. It's important to avoid making decisions solely based on measurements or opinions, as this may not accurately reflect the final outcome.

It is not a question as to whether you will have cheek sagging after implant removal, it is only a question of how significant it will be.  There is no returning completely to your preoperative state. When you place cheek implants you detach all the soft tissue off the bone and it floats/sits on top of the implant. (this is how it creates its effect) Once the volume is removed, whether it has been there 7 days or 7 months, the cheeks will become deflated due to the loss of volume support. There are many factors that go into whether the cheek sagging will be an aesthetic issue for you or not. But as per uour description of 'large submalar cheek implants' it is more likely than not some sagging will result when the full swelling has finally gone away.
