Fat transfer, implants or fillers - which procedure is best for facial asymmetry? (photos)

I have facial asymmetry which is most noticeable in my cheeks, chin and jawline, the upper cheek on the flatter side also has an effect on my eye shape also. Can fillers help these issues or will I need something more substantial and permanent?
