I’m trying achieve a positive canthal tilt .i will be get lower and upper eye surgery with a fat tanager to my entire face ,ptosis repair and enscopic brow lift .based on photos i have posted do yo think it will achieve the positive canthal tilt with epicanthic fold dowards and lateral canthoplasty upward ? Or do I require another procedure please recommend if that’s the case

Answer: If you follow your surgical plan, you will wreck your appearannce in my opinion.
Your prominent eyes can be a sign of underlying thyroid disease. If your thyroid in normal be very careful in choosing eyelid surgery. I do not think you are a good candidate for canthoplasty. (Movng the lateral eye lid.)

When we draw a horizontal line between the lateral cantus, which is the outer corner of the eye, and the medial cantus, we understand that your lateral cantus are lower. With almond eye surgery, your lateral cantus can be lifted higher.
