I’ve recently lost 8 stone and need surgery to sort saggy breasts with side boobage! I’ve spoken to a couple of surgeons and have received contradictory advice. The goal is smaller perkier breasts to match my new smaller frame. I have a lot of excess skin at the sides that comes over my bra, this is what I most want to tackle. I’ve been advised to have lift only with extended incisions round the sides. Or a lift with small implants? Not keen on upper back lift due to large tattoo

Answer: Breast augmentation and lift Thank you for your question and congratulations on the weight loss. I would suggest doing a breast augmentation with a silicone gel implant placed under the muscle and a breast lift. This will allow your Surgeon to lift the breast back to where they are supposed to be, removing the extra skin and by placing a small implant help with the upper pole firmness and better shape. Based on limited photos- it appears that you would benefit from an extended Mastopexy with or without smaller implants. All the details are usually discussed at the consultation. Good luck!
