One is to do a lift with extension of the horizontal incision laterally, to cut out the extra skin on the side. Another option is to do a lift with agressive liposuction on the side. When the fat is removed, the skin will come in, getting rid of the side fullness without the scar there.

Thank you for your question and congratulations on the weight loss. I would suggest doing a breast augmentation with a silicone gel implant placed under the muscle and a breast lift. This will allow your Surgeon to lift the breast back to where they are supposed to be, removing the extra skin and by placing a small implant help with the upper pole firmness and better shape. For the volume, there are two options: small implants (silicone) or auto-augmentation (using your own breast tissue). A consultation would be needed to determine if the second option is possible.

Congratulations on your weight loss! In person exam is essential. Based on limited photos- it appears that you would benefit from an extended Mastopexy with or without smaller implants. All the details are usually discussed at the consultation. Good luck!

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Congratulations on your weight loss! You need a breast lift. There are several techniques that work well for patients who have achieved significant weight loss. Another important question is whether or not you need an upper body lift as well. Posterior photos can help make this determination. However, an in person exam is often necessary to assess skin laxity.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

The decision of whether or not to add implants to the procedure is totally up to you and what you are hoping to achieve. The benefits of implants are that they would add volume to the upper portion of your breasts and would increase the size of your breasts. A lift without implants would still reposition your areola, but would not add additional volume to the upper portion of your breasts. A lift without implants is a good option for patients who like the current size of their breasts. Our office offers a Sientra Mirror which allows patients to virtually "try on" implants and can be a tool to allow patients to visualize what they might look like with a lift +/- implants.
