I had BA 6 weeks ago now and the surgeon said he was going to try it without a lift first, i had a low nipple to begin with. I had 475cc round high profile over the muscle but my nipple seems so low still. I thought it would go up when they drop and fluffed but it seems as though they have and the nipple is the same. How do I make the nipple more centred and the boob more natural looking. I even have loads of stretch marks from it

Your nipples are actually normal. Nipples, like breasts, come in all sizes and shapes. If you wish to have your trimmed vertically or horizontally, it can be done in a simple office procedure under local anesthesia. However, you do risk losing some sensation and ability to breast feed.
What you are talking about is absolutely normal. If your nipples do not become erect with either stimulation or cold, then releasing the bands holing them in place may be in order.
