When Botox is reconstituted, we normally do this with sterile saline. If I understand your narrative correctly, you had a reaction to a saline injection just like you did with the other toxins. If that is correct, you may be sensitive to the preservative that may be in the saltwater. If that's the case, preservative free saline to reconstitute the toxin maybe the solution.
