Is this considered masseter muscle asymmetry? Could it be reduced without surgery? (Photo)

I can’t tell if it’s my actual jaw bone that is uneven or if it’s the masseter muscle. If so could this be addressed with Botox alone?

Botox for the masseter muscle is a great way to even out the jaw line by targeting the masseter muscle. Additionally, the slimming effect takes about 4-6 weeks to visibly notice. Depending on your facial anatomy and the strength of your masseter muscles, I highly recommend consulting and trying this treatment!

We are all asymmetrical to some degree and you certainly fall within normal limits.  If it is concerning to you, you can consider facial fillers and Botox to help improve the contour.  It does not appear severe based on your photos.  See an expert injector near you to learn more.
