Hi. I have many smaller horizontal lines between my eyes. When i look fir solutions, i only really see 11s. I dont see these types of lines anywhere. Are they fixable with botox? Is this a dangerous area to get fixed? Thank you in advance and taking the time to answer.
Answer: Neurotoxin for Glabella Hello NatalieW01! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Shah Facial Plastics. Injecting neurotoxin such as Botox is a great way to improve fine lines and soften the muscles in the glabellar complex with minimal adverse effects. Based on your concerns, I highly recommend to try treating the area with neurotoxin. This will help to relax the surrounding muscles and smooth out the overlying lines. I hope this helps!

Answer: Botox could help you! It is completely safe to get botox in that area. Your injector has to examine well your facial muscular dynamic to design a botox pattern specifically suiting your needs and your anatomy.

Answer: Forehead Lines / Wrinkles -- Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport/Xeomin/Jeuveau), Fillers (Belotero) + Lasers/Microneedling/PRP Neuromodulators (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau) and soft tissue fillers like Belotero can improve the appearance of the forehead by reducing lines, wrinkles and folds. Deeper lines and wrinkles need a combination approach with Botox, fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Consider A Low Viscosity, Malleable, Cohesive HA Filler For Fine, Horizontal Glabella Lines I have been injecting Botox in the glabella region for aesthetic reasons since 1991. Botox works best for dynamic "eleven" lines, as you quite correctly note in your question. For "static" fine, horizontal lines the use of a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler to elevate and smooth them is preferable. When it comes to fillers, this region, however, should not be left to the hands of a novice, inexperienced injector accustomed to injecting plain Juvederm or simple Restylane in ordinary smile lines. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector in whose hands, treatment should not take more than about five minutes with immediate results. Best of luck.
