Ab etching - revision - I had Lipo 6 times

Hello, I’ve had multiple liposuction in the past - on my 5th one I decided to get the ab etching done. I regretted instantly and then last year I went to a dr in the uk to have my etching raised areas done so it can be flatter. I’m really not happy with the results and it’s really making me feel down. If I find a surgeon that can do it for me is it bad that it will be 7 times to do this correction. I’m left with fibrosis - uneven lumps it’s really making me feel sad. Can weight loss help?

I’m not a big fan of high definition, Liposuction, a.k.a. etching. Most of the time it looks very surgical and it is an almost guaranteed set up for Aesthetic problems later in life. No one should have six liposuction treatments in the same area.
Well done, Liposuction typically only requires one treatment, and at the most patients should have a second treatment then stop. Correcting poorly done Liposuction is extremely difficult and often not possible. Without seeing before and after pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment. Based on what you describe it is unlikely you’ll be able to improve your outcome at this point.
