I am a teenage girl and I have noticed a a dark spot on my mole which is near my vagina, should I be worried?

I have always had a mole there but more recently I have noticed a dark spot there, I'm still unsure if it has always been there or not. I live in Scotland and the weather is not great but I go to Spain every year and am exposed to sun over there. I am worried sick about this but haven't yet told my mum and dad, help please

The nevus has been incompletely removed and will almost certainly regrow to some extent after healing.  I recommend that any nevus that is suspicious enough to be biopsied be removed completely and sent for pathology, if it is feasible to do so without a reconstructive procedure.

Thank you for your question and photograph.  Based on your picture, your mole removal site does not look infected. The redness is from the trauma of the shave removal, while the white stuff in the center is likely early scar formation mixed with the Vaseline causing a sticky gelatinous...
