I have always had a mole there but more recently I have noticed a dark spot there, I'm still unsure if it has always been there or not. I live in Scotland and the weather is not great but I go to Spain every year and am exposed to sun over there. I am worried sick about this but haven't yet told my mum and dad, help please

The nevus has been incompletely removed and will almost certainly regrow to some extent after healing. I recommend that any nevus that is suspicious enough to be biopsied be removed completely and sent for pathology, if it is feasible to do so without a reconstructive procedure.
