I am a teenage girl and I have noticed a a dark spot on my mole which is near my vagina, should I be worried?

Thank you for your question.  I can understand your concern and because a medical professional has not seen your mole, best to have it evaluated by your primary family doctor, a dermatologist, or a plastic surgeon. Depending on its appearance and any recent changes, treatment options include watchful waiting to see if any concerning changes take place over several months, a biopsy to determine any concerning aspects of the mole, or complete excision through surgery.  Hope this helps.
