It all started with one mole on my upper lip but then 3 moles appeared and now i am seeing two more starting to grow! How do i stop them from growing and how do i remove them. I wanted them out for as long as i can remember.

Mole removal begins with a comprehensive examination and consultation to determine the likelihood of a mole being worrisome. Excisional and incisional biopsies are reserved for suspicious moles. But it’s good news that most moles are not problematic and are only cosmetic, thus leading to the option of scarless or non-surgical mole removal with lasers and RF and plasma. Without examining you I cant be entirely sure but based on the photos it appears as though removing the moles from your lower lip would be fairly straightforward and leave minimal scarring. I would suggest using a punch excision technique to ensure they are completely removed, can be sent for pathology and leave minimal scars behind. The only way to know for sure is to book a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your options. Best of luck!

There is no way of preventing this but putting sunblock on your lips will keep them from darkening. The most effective and permanent  way of treating this is to have it cut out by a plastic surgeon. The scars will blend in with the fine lines of the lips and will be practically invisible.
