What's the best solution for damage to columella/soft tissue triangle? (Photos)

Question

Fillers, cartilage craft, alar rim graft etc? I had a fibrous papule under my nose removed, at the top of my left nostril where the columella meets the soft tissue triangle. I’ve lost a couple of millimetres of skin there as a result, which is more noticeable from a front on view (second pic). What would be the best treatment for this, out of a small filler injection or a very small cartilage graft? I’ve been thinking of having a rhinoplasty anyway, could that be combined with an alar rim graft or soft tissue triangle graft?

This is so minimal and hard to see deformity that it is question whether you need any correction? However, if you decide to have rhinoplasty or this continues to bather you, placement of soft tissue filler, fat graft or dermis, fascia, crushed cartilage grafts are the options. Good luck.

I doubt the rest of the world sisters as much of an issue as you do. Few people(i’m guessing) See you from the view in your first picture.
Depending on how long ago was I suggest waiting at least a year and a half.
During that time use sunscreen.
From your pictures it looks more like a color difference then contour problem.
Personally I think you should consider leaving it alone.
