I have a long nose it's over projected, bulbous, fat, and thick skinned. Is my goals achievable I haven't found anyone with a similar nose as mine doing rhinoplasty. I would like to have the frontal view slimmed and match my other features and my profile to bring the tip in because it's like so far away from my face! I don't like the fairy slope noses they look so fake and ugly to me I would like a nice, slim natural nose like my wish pics. Please let me know what I can do.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello,With a rhinoplasty, your tip can be narrowed and refined. Based on your pictures your skin seems thick, which partially limits a narrowing result. Your first two ideal nose pictures may be unrealistic, but the third one seems achievable. Try to book a virtual consultation where you can share additional pictures, have some computer surgical simulations, and get a better advice from your doctor.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for sharing your photos! Although it is difficult to say without an in-person examination, you should be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. The nose is an extension of the face, the first thing one sees – but not the first thing one should notice. That honor goes to the eyes. If a nose is out of proportion with the midface, we can correct this and return attention to the eyes. Cosmetic nose problems we most commonly correct are an unsightly or crooked hump (dorsum), a nose sagging from old age, and a bulbous or shape-less tip that needs refining. A nose should fit your facial features, skin tone, ethnicity, and even height, and a good surgeon will work with you to arrive at the optimally harmonious look. But many surgeons have a favorite style: the ski jump, the pug, the narrow bridge, etc. When interviewing doctors, be sure to ask to see their work. Have them show youphotographs or computer images, or point out any nurses or other staff who havehad a nose job done by them. If you see that each nose is an exact replica ofthe next, be wary: you want a nose that pleases you, not just your surgeon. Isuggest making an appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon forconsultation to discuss your options.
