I am 42 and am starting to be bothered by sagging jowls, a bit of extra skin and fat under my chin, lines on my neck, acne scarring and fine lines. I want lift plus better skin tone. Is Viora skin tightening along with InnoPen microneedling essentially the same thing as getting Scarlet RF done? Which would be better for the concerns I want to address? Is laser an even better option? I prefer less downtime and less pain!
