Hi, I'm from Toronto. Just want to get rid of the ice pick scars on my face. I have some really deep ones. And I'm considering the TCA cross treatment or any laser treatment good for ice pick scars any suggestions? I just can't happen to find an expert or Doctor that specializes in these kinda treatments. Any recommendations who I can see in my area? Thank you!

These are very very difficult scars to treat, and TCA CROSS is not the only answer. I personally would suggest the following as a guide1. Fractional micro needling with or without PRP- INFINI PPR, if no access to this CO2 Fractional high power, medium density. Would not waste time with Fraxel 1550 - Dual. Erbium Profactional also a good choice. 3-5 sessions. The first option is the best. 2. Subcision and Excision of some scar, together with punch elevation3. TCA CROSS at the same time of surgery, as this can treat the deep but narrow scars. 4. Filler at the end. 5.
