I am a 30 yrs old indian male with brown skin, After the 30% tca peel, my neck is even darker. Is this normal? does the skin will correct in a few days? Am I over-reacting, should I wait for a few more days to see? if not what are my options? Will laser help after scrapping the top layer of neck's skin? I did this peel this to get rid of hyperpigmentation caused by 4% hydroquinone so bleaching agent is not an option to fix this. Please advise and help. will the pink spots go away? Thanks

This is normal for TCA and the peeling should be improved with the right skin care. what will be important is the proper skin care and sun protection right now. please speak to your dermatologist if you are concerned. I find that fraxel is better long term in this area. Best, Dr. Emer.
