I now have wrinkles on chest and neck. Is their a treatment to correct? I'm devastated!

this is devastating and looks like you were scarred and now have permanent redness and thinned skin.  I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist for a formal consultation to see if anything can be done. this is very very hard to improve and likely needs skin care, vascular lasers.  Best, Dr. Emer.
