Given that you are approximately one week out of breast implant removal, there is not much that can or should be done at this point. You will most likely see and feel that the breast  scarring will improve with time. Generally, scars will soften and tethering may improve over the course of the next year. Sometimes, massage of the scar and surrounding tissues may be helpful. Of course, always use your plastic surgeon as your primary resource for guidance.

   Implant removal and time will cause some contraction of the envelope and the final scar position will be different.

SInce it is so early since surgery, I would not expect this to be the"final result," and would expect improvement over the course of a few months. If the improvement is not sufficient, a revision operation should be considered to improve the outcome.
