Can Applying Creams with Avocado Oil Help Remove Old Scars?

I had some dark scars due to a skin allergy 5 years ago and want to remove them. The pharmacist recommended me Blckmores Vitamin E Cream which I want to ask if it is effective or whether there are better scar removal products.

Absolutely. Keloids require medical and surgical treatment to correct and prevent deformity.  A 15 year old is not too young to undergo a procedure.

Treatment of symptomatic keloids and scars can sometimes be covered by insurance. Removal of excess skin is usually not.
