I’ve been massaging and using silicone gel for almost 2 months. Should I be concerned? The bottom of both my ears seems elongated and have puckering left ear only. My plastic surgeon has been attentive and suggests I may need a scar revision. Seeking any thoughts or suggestions.

Thank you for sharing your concern and pictures. I would address this issue with your PS, a small revision to the scar will be needed.

Your facelift scar is pulling down the earlobe into a fairly common deformity called a 'pixie-ear'. This can be corrected by a simple scar release.I would suggest that you return to your PS for advice and reassurance
