Scar and puckering. I’m 3.5 months post surgery and this is how my ear is currently looking. Advice? (photos)

I’ve been massaging and using silicone gel for almost 2 months. Should I be concerned? The bottom of both my ears seems elongated and have puckering left ear only. My plastic surgeon has been attentive and suggests I may need a scar revision. Seeking any thoughts or suggestions.

It is possible to reduce the prominence of this by perhaps adjusting the area around it. Please seek a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in cosmetic ear surgery.
