Hi, I’ve had this scar on my lip ever since I was born. I really don’t know what is it or what even caused it. It’s all the way inside (I’ll include pictures). Could anybody tell me what it could be and what procedure I’d need to get rid of it? Thank you!!

In my opinion, post surgical scars are often very treatable. They respond very well to fractionated lasers. It may take 3-5 treatments but it will improve both the tone and texture of a post-surgical scar.
