What are my options to improve post surgical scars from gynecomastia? (Photos)

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. this type of scarring needs medical tattooing, usually takes 2-3 sessions. lasers do not work well, but plasma pen or fraxel can be tried in this case. dermarolling weekly helps for texture (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you can get scar revision. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
