I had buttock implants removed a couple of years ago and the scar from the incision is quite ugly. Is there a way to improve it?

In my opinion, post surgical scars are often very treatable. They respond very well to fractionated lasers. It may take 3-5 treatments but it will improve both the tone and texture of a post-surgical scar.
