Is this a fat pad? Jowl? What procedures would help this area? (Photos)

Hello, as you can see from the photos I have what appears to be a large fat pad on right side of my cheek. Is that correct? What procedures would help without loosing volume? Thanks!

It is very likely that liposuction with a small, 1 mm cannula would be that way to treat this. However, be aware that it may cause a temporary weakness of liposuction muscle and smile asymmetry. Good luck.
