I'm trying to avoid fillers and fat injections - What would be the best procedure for deep nasolabial folds? (Photos)

Would a lower face lift address my deep nasolabial folds? I'm trying to avoid fillers and fat injections at all costs because I fear both migration and long-term results. I'd also like to avoid the need for continuous maintenance injections. I've found a few surgeons who do nasolabial fold excisions, but they're rare. This makes me question the effectiveness of this procedure and the possibility of very noticeable scars. What are my options? For reference I'm 37yo and starting my transition process (MtF).
