My experience with fat grafting to enlarge breasts, also known as natural breast augmentation, is that each fat grafting procedure is able to enlarge your breasts by up to 1 cup size. for your breasts to increase by 2 cup sizes, it will require 2 separate surgeries. The fat that is placed into the breasts in the 1st surgery becomes vascularized and no longer gets in the way of additional fat grafting success. It is important to plan for 2 separate surgeries by preserving fat donor areas for the 2nd surgery. Do not remove any more fat than can be grafted in the 1st surgery. Good luck with your procedures.
