Is 300 cc implants too small for my frame? (Photo)

This will certainly limit how big you can go!You can consider shape or tear drop breast implants because they stretch the skin sooner and created more natural looking results. Thank you for your photo question. What size implant that can be placed will be largely determined by the amount and size of your breast tissue you currently have. Based on your photos, you appear to be quite petite. It is unlikely that you will be able to place a much larger implant than what was recommended. If you do want to be larger, you may need to consider a staged approach. That being said, based on your petite body size, I would not recommend a much larger implant as you run the risk rippling and thinning of the skin. It sounds like your surgeon is giving you excellent advice. Best regards and good luck

The optimal size of the implant will depend on your particular chest measurements.  Seek the advice of a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in MTF top surgery.

In my opinion, your height and weight are ideal for the larger implants that will be needed to give you a full cleavage. More importantly, it appears that you have a severe asymmetry of your nipple position. I would recommend that you discuss this question with your surgeon.
