Hi everybody, I am a transgender woman; I am 5'9", 125lbs. I am currently a low B-cup. I don't have a much breast tissue, but my breasts are soft, and my skin is stretchy. My surgeon suggested 600cc silicone over the muscle. The size looked perfectly proportional when I tried it on, but I'm nervous they will be too circular up top and not enough of a teardrop shape. I want them to look NATURAL, but BIG. I want people to look at me and think, she has nice boobs, not, that tranny has huge [RS bleep].
