Rhinoplasty 'grinch' look, swollen tip, upturned -from bulbous to pointy slope (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty 25/4/2016. I understand my nasal tip is swollen and turned upward because of the swelling. Bulbous before, after surgery I feel like I look like a character from the grinch. There is no definition in the nostrils, it angles up, nostrils showing. Is this suppose to be normal with the grinch look? I feel uncomfortable. I see everybody else's looks post op day 8 and they look more normal. I look like I store Christmas. Why is that? Will the tip drop and look less hard/swollen?
