Wanting a Slim, More Defined Face - Cheek Implant, Facelift, or Something Else? (Photos)
I've posted quite a few times on here, but I want to be thorough, as I've heard conflicting thoughts. My primary concern presently is that I've addressed my midface flatness and asymmetry with cheek filler; however, I find that my face looks bloated. My true goal is to have a slim and more defined face, rather than to add volume I've consulted with several surgeons now, and have been told many different things. One suggested a midplane facelift, generally all agree that buccal fat removal would be beneficial, and one suggested a genioplasty. Ultimately, I know it comes down to each surgeon's aesthetic preference as well as their primary procedure, which influences their opinion, howver, I would like to approach this conservatively. What might the highest pay-off option be, as a midplane facelift feels too aggressive and extreme at 23 years old? It seems I've met the limit as to what filler alone can address for me, and adding more volume is not achieving the sculpting look I had hoped for. Current facial injections: roughly 3.5 syringes on each side for cheek/cheekbone, 3x rounds of 25 units of Botox to the masseters, half syringe to each side jawline, and a little bit in the chin, as well as about 2 syringes of lip filler.
