Lower Blepharoplasty revision - can more skin be taken? Can the scar line be revised? (Photos)

I had a lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition and skin pinch. I also had fat grafting but my surgeon didn’t place it in my tear trough/mid face area but instead did temples and some on my cheek bones(higher up). I am now seven months out. I have a few concerns. Firstly my scar line, I feel like it’s a little low and could have been tighter to my lash line. My scar line is raised more prominent when I smile and has lumps. I have done multiple micro needling sessions which has helped, scar cream/tape. I also had vbeam early on because I had severe bruising on my mid face. Secondly I feel like I still have skin laxity. And when I smile I feel like it’s noticeable. Thirdly, I have a divot that’s more prominent on one side when I smile. On that same side I think I still have a bit of an eye. When I have brought up my concerns they have suggested that I have more fat grafting to fill the divot area, retinol for my laxity and some Botox. And time for the lumps and my scar line to flatten. Questions - Does it appear as though more skin can be taken? Should/can the scar line be revised, preferably to be closer to the lash line & to remove the lumps. (which I think were due to how the stitching was done as I had stitches coming through the line. I don’t have keloids)Is fat grafting for the divot the solution? Or should I have the small bag above the divot repositioned to fill the divot? Or a mix of both. Any other advice?
