Female age 41 I have previously had filler under my eyes which I have since had removed, but my eyes look even worse. What procedure would you recommend to improve their appearance? Thank you in advance

An in person exam to discuss treatment options, goals, and risks is the best step if you are thinking about eyelid surgery. Judging from your photos, you could potentially be a candidate for ptosis repair (ie raising the eyelids). Best to see an eyelid expert.

Thanks for your question. The reason these lines are more apparent when you smile is due to muscle activity. The best way to correct that is with Neurotoxins such as botox, daxxify or dysport.

Options to improve the area: Additional fat grafting to help restore volume; strategic neuro-toxin placement to help reduce wrinkles; laser resurfacing to help tighten the under eye skin. A skin pinch is not out of the question. Best to see an eyelid expert for an in person consultation.

If your concern is primarily excess fat and lower lid bags, and you have little to no excess skin and tight lower lids, you may only require a fat removal/repositioning to achieve the results you want and you could get evaluated any time for that. If you need any skin excised or the lid...

Thank you for your photo. The small residual fat pocket that you have can easily be revised under local anesthesia using the original incision from your upper blepharoplasty. Only a small amount of residual fat would need to be trimmed and your old incision would be as well camouflage as it is...
