I had liposuction over a year ago and have some dents and waviness in certain areas. I was hoping to get liposuction to correct the areas with more fat. Am I at a higher risk for fibrosis because it will be my second time getting liposuction on my stomach? I was told the only solution would be a tummy tuck but I can feel the softness in the areas that have extra fat on one side of my stomach

Thank you for your question and photos. I would agree that no surgeon can guarantee results and that even a true expert performing liposuction can result in some irregularities. From your photos it does appear that you have some difference in adipose (fat) tissue not just a difference in skin...
It depends what the cause of the lumps was and what they feel like now on examination. Most often, this is something that can be smoothed out by ultrasound-assisted liposuction to break up any irregularities.
This is rather common after liposuction if there was over aggressive liposuction performed, any high energy based devices such as VASER, or just poor technique. I would recommend revisionary liposuction to mainly help use any remaining fat to smooth out the contour of those areas.
