It seems that your are early in your healing process. Not all the fat that is transferred actually stays, so it is common to over correct. Some of it is also swelling. I'm sure that they will look much more natural in a couple of weeks or so.Best wishes,Dr. Miguel Mota

You could gently massage the top lip to reduce its prominence. Over time it should not be as prominent a projection than it is one month after.
When did you have this done? You don't look too overcorrected at this point, so should end up looking good as the swelling subsides. This can take at least 2-3 weeks. The most common complaint with fat transfer to the lips is that too much of it resorbs.
Depending on where you are in the healing stage you may still have swelling. Also, not all the fat that was transferred will stay so you will see the size of the lips decrease with time.
Don't know how long you are post op but I will venture to say your lips will for sure go down.Massage may help speed it up.
After reviewing your previous postings & posted photos, to me the results are very good for the original deformities and issues. If you are not satisfied surgical fat removal could be offered.
