I think the entire shape of my face is off, and I look a lot older than I really am. I'm 25 but get mistaken for being 30+. And my cheeks are too big, chin is weird and too long. My eyes look very sad and tired all the time. My nose is huge, especially the side profile and I desperately want a rhinoplasty. I hate my frown lines and while my lips are nice, I don't like where they sit on my face or how my smile looks. I also want a hairline implant, but I want to know what a professional thinks?
Answer: My face is incredibly unattractive, what can I do to improve it? Hello Mariah,Great question. Based on your images, you can benefit from a rhinoplasty procedure. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed surgical plan to achieve your desired results.

Answer: You are a good candidate for rhinoplasty, and maybe a little stronger chin. More advice... I guess I disagree that lots of other features look bad! You have such pretty eyes, and round-ish cheeks will make you look younger than your peers for a loooong time. It's true, however, that making the nose smaller can make the face look younger, and perhaps take away one item that bothers you. I see the bump of course. And your nose is strong in its forward projection away from your face, so we'd bring it back closer to the face. Then, elevating the tip would also draw attention away from the nose, and a higher tip is interpreted as a younger face, too. How *much* to elevate the tip or lower the bump or bring the nose closer to the face? We get all that figured out before surgery, by making and adjusting morphs to fit the patient's preferences. Morphs can help in figuring out what to do before surgery. In fact, I consider them mandatory before surgery. Remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, requiring skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. For most noses, it's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery. Read my essay on how to stay out of trouble while selecting a rhinoplasty surgeon. And for those who have had previous surgery, it also discusses how to tell whether your first surgeon should be performing your revision. Your nose is also a perfect example of why computer imaging is mandatory in rhinoplasty. You need to know exactly what the surgeon is planning to accomplish -- what features he thinks he can change, and by how much he thinks he can change them. I always email morphs to my online rhinoplasty consultations. When you see the surgeon's goals in the morphs, you'll know whether he has an eye for an attractive nose, and whether he shares your opinion of what constitutes an attractive nose. You'll also know whether the changes he proposes are large enough to be meaningful to you, and whether he understands your wishes enough to address all of your priorities. How would you ever get that figured out without the morphs?

Answer: Facial surgery I see and hear your concerns, although I think you may be being a little hyper-critical of yourself. If you're significantly bothered by your profile view, I think your facial balance could be improved with a conservative rhinoplasty and chin implant. As always, the best specific recommendations come from an in-person exam with a standardized set of photographs. It may be in your interest to schedule a consult with a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to discuss options in greater detail. Best of luck!

Answer: Closed and Atraumatic Technique in Rhinoplasty Hello,Thank you for your question. A physical examination by an experienced Board Certified plastic surgeon could provide best options for you. Based on your photos you may benefit from rhinoplasty, buccal fat removal and chin contouring procedures. Regarding your nose it can be straightened, the length and tip reduced and refined. To catch the harmony between the dorsum and the tip a wing surgery might be needed, which is the removal of the excessive parts of the alas. I use suturing techniques to achieve a narrower, refined and aesthetically pleasing tip. A beautiful and natural looking nose, that suits your face can be achieved by the help of the Closed and Atraumatic Rhinoplasty, which minimizes swelling and bruises, maximizes healing, prevents tissue damage and eliminates a scar on the columella.
