Radiesse swelling in night. Any idea why?

Hi I had radiesse 3 months ago and seems it looks ok when I first wake up but swells thruout day but by the evening my lower face looks puffy where it was injected along jawline with cannula. Any idea why?

Mixing facial fillers is common and not contraindicated radius is a hydroxyapatite filler designed to stimulate collagen production while resting is an HA filler. There should be no issue in combining these two fillers
