It does not create volume when used that way. That's why, it is especially preferred in patients with acne scars. Since acne scars break down collagen, the loss of elasticity in this patient group is much greater than their age group. Providing for increasing elasticity is very important in the acne scar group. Frequently, I use for diluted Radiesse method as a supplement for laser procedures in my clinic. The result is extremely satisfactory.
